Abstract
This study register in the framework of the Masters in Education, emphasis: education - communication, and the group of investigation Speaking, Writing and other Languages. It responds the question “which are the pedagogical design elements, of a VLE as the laboratory of writing of the National University of Colombia, UNescribe, to fortify the writing processes of the predegree students?”.
Its methodologic design included qualitative strategies based on ethnographic techniques as the participant and nonparticipant observation, open and semistructured interviews, and a quantitative component through a descriptive survey. The work of field took virtual place in two actual courses, three laboratories and a space noncontrolled, all about writing. The communication ethnography model “SPEAKING” was adapted. The information was analyzed with ATLAS TI.
The discoveries of this investigation indicate the teachers concepts and beliefs, put in learning environments a certain pedagogical ends, this taken by education strategies create the pedagogical design elements. The investigation rescues the conception “teach process” to created situations in order to facilitate the learning.
Also proposes spaces noncontrolled in the academy, there teachers does not exist, there are no control, no direction and no evaluation; however, the apprentices regulate themselves, “exert their freedom” to learn, to express, to communicate and to publish, they propose and maintain the communication object, which is also object of their learning.

Its methodologic design included qualitative strategies based on ethnographic techniques like the participant and nonparticipant observation, open and semistructured interviews, and a quantitative component through a descriptive survey. The work of field took virtual place in two actual courses, three laboratories and a space noncontrolled, all on writing. An adaptation became of the ethnography model of communication “SPEAKING”. The information was analyzed with ATLAS TI.
The results of the investigation indicate that to the teachers from their concepts and beliefs, put in learning environments a certain pedagogical intentionality, that taken by means of the education strategies the elements of pedagogical design form. The investigation rescues the conception of “education process” whereas it recognizes that it is from education that is created situations to facilitate the learning.
Also it proposes spaces noncontrolled in the academy, the figure of the professor does not exist there, is control, direction nor no evaluation; however, the apprentices autorregulan themselves, “exert their freedom” to learn, to express, to communicate and to publish, they propose and maintain the object of the communication, that is also object of its learning.
