A week in Popayán
I was all the last week in Popayán, in an official mission. It was a visit to the Office of education of the Cauca and Popayán, with the objective to accompany to them in its process by fortification of the educative management and in the municipal educative forum. I was with many reasons to think that our political system must change and focus with social responsibility; I was with much disorder...some people do not act their responsabilities, thus is very difficult.
Although I cannot generalize, also I was with responsible people, who worry and work by the education, I returned to Bogota with a lost region in my mind.
... I took advantage of to know a little the city, the historical part, the street of the churches, to seat ant drink a cup of coffee and to feel that the time stops, to see the dusk in El Morro, to feel the wind in my face and to deal with amiable people like Alexandra. So, thanks for that opportunity.
